Olive DTLA is incredible, filled with genuinely kind and friendly individuals. John led a viewing I attended yesterday and his approach was informative and transparent, effortlessly answering all my questions with a great sense of humor. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but John along with the welcoming lady at the front desk (whose name i unfortunately forgot), made the experience enjoyable and exciting. A big thank you to them for making my day so much better!
This community is great! The location is so convenient to all DTLA has to offer. The property manager, Emily, has been working really hard to make this property better, including adding a coffee bar for residents, sponsoring resident activities, and tearing out the nasty hallway carpets. It is good to see the property returning to the luxury property it is advertised to be!

I lived in Olive DTLA for four months before purchasing a home. The leasing office made the move out experience seamless and the transition so easy. Emily from the office was the best. She communicated well, gave me helpful ways to figure out next steps, and was flexible/understanding.
alert made noise for a whole night can not sleep, but they did not repair it. Reported it to the front desk but it still wasnât fixedïŒMy Saturday and Sunday with all the noise! CrazyïŒïŒ
They changed the mail package system about 4 different times here. If you want your packages you canât just get them or have them delivered to a locker anymore. You have to have a code from a new system, the rude white girl at the desk looks at you crazy and double asks if you have a code and doesnât offer any assistance even if she see you struggling with a small child and large packages. Rude and not polite at all! I have lived here for 3 years and the front desk workers prior know your names and and very helpful, this girl is not! Itâs such a hassle to get your packages that you paid for! Do not recommend
I went on a tour of the complex, but I did not feel welcomed. The concierge representative was willing to assist us. I appreciate the concierge; however, she didn't have full knowledge of the complex and couldnât answer questions. âŠ
